I think that Napoleo Bonaparte was a succesful leader, even thought, he couldn´t finish the totaly conquist of Europe. This leader short was able to motivate a lot of people to follow him.
Carlos Slim isn´t a leader, but, in the area of administration is good. This manager is owner from Grupo Carso. He only delegate responsability to subordinates.
